Hello all!
I want to complete about 1000 (xray) pdb files with hydrogens.
There are many programms doing this job .
But the different programms calculates different koordinates for the
same hydrdogen atom in the same structure.
I need an overview of the existing hydrogen adding programms and the
method they use.
Have anybody some experience about this topic or does anybody know a
good programm?
