Marine microbiology

Hi,

I've been searching the 'net for courses and texts on marine microbiology.
I'm particularly interested in isolation and culture.  I've come across some
out of print books on Amazon.com.  Anyone know of any recent (1990's) texts
on the subject?  Also any links to university courses in the area would be
appreciated.
