Index of Association Test.

Dear colleagues,
We are doing a population genetics study in human pathogenetic fungi
(haploid). With this aim, we need to calculate the Index of Association
(IA) test for testing whether there is any recombination among the
different populations.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any software to
do so for me. Does anyone know whether there is a program for this
purpose or the details how to calculate the IA?
