Preservation of cultures.

MEA slants/under mineral oil are handy. Alternatively beads used for -70 storage of bacteria, also seems to work quite well with the 'micro-fungi'. Haven't had too much success with the beads and Acremonium spp.
I have also seen fungi cultures kept in sterile distilled water, at room temp.
