My daughter spontaneously developed cyclical esotroia when she was about one
year old; after 6 months the cycling stopped and the esotropia staleized.
Diagnosis indicated neurological causes with concommitant near-sightedness.
Ten years later, the esotropia remains.
Does anyone have informnation regarding the utility & effectiveness of
surgical procedures and/or therapy in correcting this condition?
Any references or advice appreciated.
