You may be getting a bit ahead of technology when you talk about brain
to brain contact. To use an analogy, think of a tape recorder. Erasing
is easy; no real knowledge involved there. To read is harder, and to
write is harder still. The experiments with selecting letters is not
yet at the "Think of A, Computer writes A" stage. It is more along
the lines of a person thinking in one way to get a computer to move a
pointer to a letter, then selecting the letter. Last I heard, anyway.
