You can try getting hold of someone in Peter Carlen's group in Toronto
(Playfair Neurological Institute). I know that Berg Bardakjian in
particular has been working on extracting 2nd and higher order
kernels from white noise data. i don't know whether they are
ready to let go of their software or not, but you can try.
