Familial tremors are an inherited palsy in which the hands shake
as though one is very nervous or frightened, even when one is calm
and rested. It is fairly benign in that it is not progressive
(does not get worse).
What causes familial tremors? What part of the brain
is responsible? Are any other inherited diseases
associated with this syndrome (e.g. epilepsy)?
What drugs, if any, are used to treat familial tremors?
