I would like to know if there is an extensive review on the effects of
bicuculline applied by microintophoresis on neurons of the central nervous
system. Indeed, my current hypothesis is that any neuron in the brain is
under tonic inhibition by GABA. I'm not sure that such inhibition occurs
equally in anesthetized and awake animals.
