Consciousness??

In the July issue of Scientific American, there is an article talking about
'Consciousness'.  It mentions a new British quaterly journal "Journal of
Consciousness Studies" and an E-mail journal "Psyche" from Australia.

Is there anyone can tell me that who is the publisher of the British journal
and how can I access the E-mail journal.
