I am looking for a shareware or payware program for the Mac that determines
the dose-response curve for pharmacological studies. I would like to be
able to calculate the ED50 and graphically depict the best fit of the
sigmoid curve to the data. I am using an old program for the IBM called
Allfit. It is not user friendly.
