I am attempting to locate the lab (or references if published) which
pioneered identifying a survival factor by transferring proteins seperated
on a non denaturing gel to a membrane and then culturing cells on the
membrane, which of course only survived on top of the band of survival
factor protein. Neat, huh.
Any info? (For those of you with free time to flame, yes I have exhaused
MEDLINE type resourses.) Thanks in advance.
