I was one of the two people that proposed bionet.neuroscience back in 1990.
I suppose I could look around for the original charter of the news group. I
think it is posted anyway routinely in bionet.announcements. That would be
a good place to start with building a FAQ. But generally, I think it's a
very good idea.
