No, I understand this, the article pointed out that few neuroscientists are
persuaded by his arguement (I'm not qualified to have an opinion), but still,
I think this researcher (don't remember his name) is an intersting gadfly.
It isn't obvious why it is preferable to grow entire new neurons.
