The GENESIS simulator is accompanied by several demonstration simulations and
simulation-based educational tutorials which deal with ionic conductances
and their effects on action potentials. The Neurokit cell building
environment allows you to modify the properties of the ionic conductances
and choose from a library of channel models. For more information, see
http://www.bbb.caltech.edu/GENESIS or email to genesis at bbb.caltech.edu.
