Krissy,

   What you have described here could be a number of things.  If these 
complaints continue I would suggest a self referral to a neurologist if you 
have not already seen one.  I expect the doctor that you consulted was 
very thorough.  What you are describing here sounds like carotid sinus 
syndrome, a vasovagal syndrome, or a problem with the parts of the inner ear 
which help you with your balance.  More common explainations include acute 
dehydration or hypoglycemia.  A good neurologist or an ear-nose-throat 
specialists could help you nail down the problem.  If your headaches and 
dizziness become worse and are accompanied by visual disturbances or changes 
in thought, mood I would suggest a CT scan to rule out any mass effect (heaven 
forbid a brain tumor).  It is always a good idea to check your blood glucose 
level.  You could be experiencing symptoms of diabetes mellitus.  Most likely, 
these complaints will resolve with time.
