Hi out there
I wonder if somebody is working with caged compounds (glutamate, GABA)
using an UV-laser for the photolysis. I am thinking of buying a VSL 337
from LSI, Newton, MA. My question is whether the light is too much
attenuated for compound photolysis by a 1m fibre optics coupled between
the laser and the Zeiss microscope.
Any help/experiences are welcome!
