Hi everyone,
I am currently working on the localization of glutaminase in rat
hippocampus. I use nitro blue to stain the enzymatic activity of
glutaminase. However, when I tried to embed the sample into the epon
resin, the stained purple clolor faded in the process of dehydration
(with ethanol), and the process of infiltration (with acetone). I
would like to know if there is any way to preserve the stains. Thanx!
