Any cheap EROS (Event Related Optical Signal) system suggest ?

EROS is used to capture the status of brain

i found Imagent (http://www.iss.com/Products/imagent.html), but it's
too expensive (US110,000)

Any other cheap EROS (Event Related Optical Signal) system suggest ?
