Hi,
Does anyone have the eperience of using bicuculline methiodide on spinal
mice? I used sterile water as vehicle and IP injection. But I didn't see any
obvious effect even with a dosage over 20mg/kg. While in literature, the
convulsant dosage for rats is just 7.5mg/kg.
