Hi all,
I have some problems with WB.
Frequently I obtain WB with some bands missing. ((Most of time i missed 3\4
bands on the right or on the left, but sometimes also in the middle) I'm
pretty sure that there are not bubbles since I check the membrane with red
ponceau.
I also thought to ECL coverage but I recently use a very large amount of ECL
for 1 membrane.
Have you got any suggestion?
