I am trying to use the sodium indicator SBFI to measure neuronal sodium
influx in response to depolarization. I found several references, but none
of them precisely described a method for loading of SBFI (in the form of AM
ester) to cultures of dissociated neurons. If you have used this technique
in your own studies, may I learn from your experience?
