I think you're right. I wasn't basically disagreeing. I was really just 
alluding to the fact that there's little evidence for behaviour therapy 
(let alone "rational discussion") being effective without medication. I 
was really just discouraging others from being too politically correct, 
as I think it would be far more responsible and caring to encourage Ken 
to get professional medical help.
