Help with purifying Cryptosporidium cysts

We need some advise/help on purification of cryptosporidium cysts from
calf stool for the purpose of injection for antibody production.  Our
source material is a 10% formalin preserved prep of calf stool "rich" in
Crypto oocysts.  We have tried CsCl and Ficol gradients with only limited
success.  Open to any and all suggestions for other approaches.
