Post-Doctoral Position in UK/Sweden
***********************************
  A two year, extendable, post-doctoral position is available to work on
the ordering of membrane proteins (photosystem two in particular) at lipid
and solid surfaces with the view to create arrays suitable for structural
(electron cystallography, AFM, STM), electrochemical (redox activity),
protein binding studies (Biocore) and biosensor development.  The project
will be a collaboration between Professor Jim Barber's laboratory at
Imperial College,London and that of Professors  Ingemar
L=B8ndstr=96m, Bertil Andersson and Bo Liedberg at Linkoping University in
Sweden.  The successful candidate will have skills in biochemical
methodologies (membrane protein isolation) and an interest in surface
chemistry.  The work will be carried out partly at
Imperial College (London) and partly in Link=96ping (Sweden).
