Cotyledons

Dear all,

I am looking for informations about the stomatal cells of cotyledons. I would 
like to know if stomatal cells are allready differenciated in the embryo. At 
what stage? From which cells? And are all the cells of a stomata originated 
from the same ancestor? If you have any information and some good references, 
please contact me.
