A while back I asked for help on this newsgroup in identifying a strange plant. Well, I got tons and tons of replies and I just want to say thanks to everyone for their help. The general consensus seems to be that it is a mullein (Verbascum thapsus). Thanks again to everyone who replied. Micheal
