White fly

     I've had success on poinsettias with a neem-based product, 
     available in garden centers.  It also helps if you use a needle to 
     puncture the eggs by hand (obviously not practical if you have lots 
     of plants).

I am having serious problems with white fly on fuschias.....any hints?
     
I have tried the following:
     
Safers liquid soaps
Yellow sticky paper and such
     
Still no luck.
