For lecture, I highly recommend Taiz and Zeiger's Plant Physiology, 2nd
Ed., Sinauer Associates Publishers. The 3rd edition is coming out soon.
For lab, I use with great results Experiments in Plant Physiology by
Carol Reiss. Prentice Hall Publishers.
