Marsilea sporocarps

When I was visiting the campus of Southern Illinois U (Carbondale) this
last July, I saw a pond in which is growing some species of Marsilea, and
from which I was told by my host they regularly harvest sporocarps that
"perform" well.  So maybe "direct" suppliers are the way to go?
