Q: CnBr digestion in gel

Hi everybody,

does anyone have a (recent) protocol for cyanogen bromide digestion of
proteins *in* SDS-PAGE gels and subsequent isolation of the fragments
(separation and extraction). I'm especially interested in the use of these
fragments in micro (protein) sequencing, so please report your experiences
on this field.
