We tried to isolate total proteins -not native- from this plant (cistus creticus, which in fact is considered to be a quite "difficult" plant tissue) with no "luck". We applied several different protocols but no one worked effectively. Does anybody have any protocol for "difficult" plant tissues? Thanks
