[Protein-analysis] SDS-PAGE

 Dear all,

I perform *TCA-acetone, methanol washes and phenol precipitation* to extract
protein from fruit sample. To see clear bands in SDS-PAGE, I need to remove
polysaccharide. Does anybody know how to remove extracellular
polysaccharide?
