I read an article the other day that stated Viral Genomes that infect
the nucleus of host cells (retroviridae) enter the nucleus through the
nuclear pore complex.
I'm sick of reading about the different protiens that make up the
nuclear pore complex and how they may function. I would like to know
how viral genomes enter the nucleus through the NPC (if they actually
do).
I require this information for an undergrad study I am performing
ASAP.
Can anyone help me, with literature or article references?
Please copy to me with email in case I miss posts on the group.
