Adele Davis (1970s health food guru-type) came up with a suggestion:
1000-1500 mg Calcium + 500-750 mg Magnesium taken per day
Twinlab (with purple letters) has this.
Aspirin, tylenol, motrin could not stop my PAIN.
I can not take codeine or any other kind of painkiller--allergic/hypersensitive.
I tried calcium/magnesium--it has worked wonders for me. Also for 6 other
women--including one just last week. She took 1500 mg Ca/750 mg Mg and 2 hours
later--she didn't hurt!! She had been dreading a luncheon sales presentation
because she felt so bad. Because of the Ca/Mg, she sailed right through the
presentation and made a sale!
