Dear Newsgroup;
Recently, I became in charge of our lab computer, especially networks
between local comoputers and also that through the internet. I am
wondering how to manage this, since I don't have any experience.
We have about thrity people working in the lab, and we have five Mac
computer available. It means the traffic of the computer is sometime
very heavy. And the local network is always have trouble, because of
people (somehow) changing the Apple share set up (may be they don't
notice).
On the other hand, we don't have any personal Ethernet connection
abailavle for the lab member, at this moment. Therefore, we cannot
reduce the traffic by personal connection.
If you give me some suggestion, how you managing your lab or company, I
am appreciate.
