Well, there's nothing wrong with a spouse engaging in considerate
behaviour. Mine drops me off at the door and considering I'm a
wetland biologist, he has some fairly good evidence that I *don't*
melt when wet. Come to think of it, most of my male colleague
behave in the same manner...never saw any reason to argue with
it myself, the one getting let out at the door is undoubtedly
going to be the one lugging the dead lampreys since no one wants
to haul 'em in from the parking lot. 'Course it could just
be that they want me and my fishies out of the car...*now*.
