Bulk solvent and B factor refinement

Dear all,

when I used bulk solvent model in the refinement. I found the overall B-factor
rose about 15 after running brefinement.inp. But if I didnt use bulk solvent
model, the B-factor would keep low level. I am wondering if there is something
wrong here. If it is OK, what refinement step should I use to get the final
structure model?

Could anyone give me any advice? Thank you in advance.
