Dear All

Has anyone managed to get the IC command to work? I am using xplor3.851
and default topology and parameter files, and get the following result:

X-PLOR> ic
 IC> edit dihe (segid a and resid $resm and name C )
SELRPN: 1 atoms have been selected out of 1021
 SELRPN> (segid a and resid $resid and name N )
SELRPN: 1 atoms have been selected out of 1021
SELRPN> (segid a and resid $resid and name CA)
SELRPN: 1 atoms have been selected out of 1021
 SELRPN> (segid a and resid $resid and name C ) 120 end
SELRPN: 1 atoms have been selected out of 1021
 IC-EDIT: 0 torsions modified
 IC> end
X-PLOR>

I've noticed in the FAQ on bionet that in 1995 someone asked why IC was
not documented, and got no (public) reply. If there is a paragraph on
the IC command somewhere on the x-plor web, I'd like to know.

Regards

Isabelle
