Please provide me with information on how to UNsubscribe

Dear subscriber,

It seems this list is producing so many bogus messages nowadays that
for me unsubscribing has become necessary. Unfortunately, I have been
unable to do so.

Messages to majordomo at hgmp.mrc.ac.uk and majordomo at net.bio.net didn't
allow me to unsubscribe because I probably am subscribed under a
different email address, e.g. jurgen at urchin.bmrb.wisc.edu in stead of
jurgen at bmrb.wisc.edu.

A message to  biosci-help at net.bio.net and
x-plor-approval at hgmp.mrc.ac.uk in the hope to talk some human has been
left unanswered.

Anybody aware of a successfull unsubscribing method? Or does anybody
know somebody that did it and is no longer reading these messages:-)?
I only want to set up a mail filter as a last resort. Sorry to clobber
the mailing list with this message even further.
