[X-plor] CNS generate.inp problem

[DONG XUESONG]

Dear all
   
  when I do CNS generate.inp, the script adds phosphate atoms to adenosine(in my structure) automaticlly in output generate.pdb.
  what is the problem of generate.inp or pdb file?
