GRASP potential maps

I am trying to make a difference map of the potential maps of two
different (put very closely related) proteins with GRASP. The problem is
that i have noticed that as i chance the orientation/location in space
of a protein (this i did in O) and read it back into GRASP the potential
map on the protein seems to be different from the original -so is it
actually impossible to make the kind of difference map i'm trying to do,
or am i just making some silly mistake. So if somebody knows very well
how GRASP works(or just otherwise has ideas of any kind), i would be
very happy for any help offered.
