I've got my protein crystals using microbatch techniqe. Can you tell me how should I handle my crystals without crushing them? OR How can I carry my crystallization plate during the trip to a synchrotron ? I've got my protein crystals in 4 degrees of centigrade. How can I make the causing damage of temperature changes or vibrations minimum? I'll appreciate any advice. Bests Azadeh.
