Salt sensitivity of S. pombe

Dear Buddies,
	I am studying calmodulin in S. pombe and I am planning to look at
salt sensitivity of various calmodulin mutants that I have generated.  It
seems calmodulin is required for Ca++ sensitivity and Na+ tolerance in S. 
cerevisiae.  I plan to look at Na+ (or Li+), Ca++ and Mn++ sensitivity of
my pombe strains.  My question is: Does anybody out there know what
concentrations of Ca++ or Mn++ affect fission yeast growth?  Paul Young
did some good work on Na+ and Li+ tolerant mutants of pombe, so I have
something to go on there, but I am at a loss as to what amounts of
divalent cations to try.  I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or
references that all you people out there might be able to suggest. 
Anything you can add would be much appreciated.  Best answer gets a free
