Update of the CHRII sequence

["MIPS16::MEWES" at EHPMIC.MIPS.BIOCHEM.MPG.DE]

We have noticed that due to an error in our processing software, the
EMBL formatted entries of the DNA sequence deposited on the ftp-servers
on Sept. 9th contained CDS specifications not including the stop codon.
The following files have been updated:

CHR2_EMBL_ALL.TAR
CHR2_EMBL_LIST.PS
CHR2_EMBL_LIST.TXT
