yeast two-hybrid

   I have been using Clontech's yeast two hybrid system for the last 8 
months.  I have just finished a BS degree in chemistry (biochem track) at 
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am now looking for a 
lab tech job.  I have been working in a cell and molecular biology lab 
in which no one had ever touched yeast before I began using the system.  
With a little help from a yeast lab, I was able to get the system to 
work and have written protocols for my lab to use.  I am currently 
working in the same lab as a temporary tech, training both a grad 
student and another tech how to use the two hybrid system.  I will be 
leaving the country on vacation at the end of this month, and won't be 
back until August.  If anyone is looking for a lab tech to do two hybrid 
screens starting mid to late August, please send me a message and I will 
forward a complete resume and references.  I am willing to move 
ANYWHERE in the country (San Francisco or Atlanta would be great).
