We use the FLAG epitope in our protein. It works fine in westerns, but I
am having one heck of a time immunoprecipitating. Another grad student
tried to purify the protein using an anti-flag column, but was not able
to. I wish had a success story to share.Since I don't, I'd like to know
what success/failure other people have had. It might help me ip my
tagged protein.
