I have been trying to clone into Invitrogen's pPIC9 vector and have been having trouble with a simple directional cloning. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this vector. I have talked with two other people with similar problems....I don't think that it is me--which I usually assume. Just wondering.... Trish
