This might be a stupid idea, what about killer toxin?

The problem with the killer toxin suggestion is that you
would need the right killer toxin for the yeast contaminant.
If it is S. cerevisiae, then the well-characterized killer
toxin could kill it if it, itself is not a killer. Moreover,
killer toxin is pH dependent, the M1 killer working well
at 4.7. Other killer toxins are known for S. cerevisiae,
and there are also killer strains of other yeast species,
but in most cases the killer toxin situation is less well
understood.
