Dear Colleagues:

I am setting up a yeast molecular biology/genetics lab course for
junior and senior undergrads, and I was wondering if anyone out there has
set up a similar course. As it stands now, I plan on covering a range of
topics including the analysis of cell cycle mutants, tetrad genetics,
cloning by complementation, gene disruptions etc. I am familiar with the
Cold Spring Harbor yeast course manual, and I will be modifying some of
those expts for the course. Is there anyone out there who has done
something similar, and can give me some advise? If so, you can reply to me
directly.

Thanks for your help,

Mike McAlear
